PNCC MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
     Management is accountable to the Board of Directors for the corporation’s organizational and operational controls. Management is lead by Atty. Miguel E. Umali as President & CEO.

The President/CEO has overall responsibility for the successful administration of the affairs and business of the corporation. The President is supported by a Management Committee composed of key executives who meet as often as necessary to discuss issues vital to the operation of the company.

 ILIE LIONEL B. GRAMATA, Vice President for Legal, joined the company in 2017 as Executive Assistant to the President and later on named as the Head of Corporate Legal Department. Atty. Gramata obtained his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College in 2001 and admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2002.  He earned his BS in Applied Economics degree in 1996 and Diploma in Financial Engineering in 2014 from the De La Salle University Manila.

          Atty. Gramata had worked with various government agencies prior his stint in PNCC, among those were: Department of Finance as Project Manager of Office of the Revenue Agency Modernization (ORAM) from 2013 to 2016; detailed from ORAM to the Bureau of Customs as Director of Port Operations Service from November 2013 to July 2015 and as Deputy Collector for Operations; Valenton Gramata Loseriaga Law Offices from May 2010 to October 2013 as Managing Partner; JGLaw (Jimenez Gonzales Bello Valdez Caluya and Fernandez Law Offices as Senior Associate Lawyer from May 2002 to May 2010; Gramata & Sarle Law Offices as Legal Assistant from November 2001 to April 2002, and Intergrated Bar of the Philippines as Paralegal in September 2000.  He also had been in the academe as Law Professor in San Sebastian College-Recoletos in 2006 and University of Makati from June to October 2007. FELIX M. ERECE, Asst. Vice President for Human Resources Department. Under his management is Personnel Services, Benefits and Compensation, Health, Safety and Environment, General Services, Records Control, Medical and Security. In addition, he was tapped to oversee the operation of manpower supply contract with SOMCO (Skyway Maintenance and Operation) and the Manpower requirements of Philphos Project in Leyte previously handled by the dissolved DISC Management.

     Mr. Erece completed his elementary and high school education at Timoteo Paez Integrated Pilot School, a public school in Tondo, Manila.  He studied in TUPP-Manila Technician Institute taking up a three-year Civil Technology course sponsored by PBSP.  He also studied Civil Engineering at Feati University, took-up various computer related courses and attended training/seminars to equip him with the knowledge and skills needed in handling bigger responsibilities.  [See Mr. Erece's resume]

   
     
     
     
   
       
       
       
       
       
   
  
   
   
   
   
CRISTY M. MEDIAVILLO, is the Corporate Treasurer and Head of Treasury Division, graduated from the Divine Word College of Legazpi with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting in 1984. She took 18 Pre-MBA units in 2001 at De La Salle University Greenhills Campus. Her 28 years banking career with Philippine Bank of Communications was highlighted with 10 years as Senior Field Auditor and 12 years as a Branch Service Officer/Branch Cashier. VERONICA B. TACDERAS,
recently joined PNCC as the Head of Corporate Controllership Division, a Certified Public Accountant with 37 years of professional experience in various private companies. Prior to her stint in PNCC, she had worked with Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation from September 2018 to February 2019 as Accounting Manager; Tiong Se Academy, Inc. as Chief Finance Officer from November 2015 to August 2018; Philippine Bank of Communications from September 1990 to October 2015 where she had handled various key positions in the Banking Industry from Branch Operations, Finance and Internal Audit as Branch Audit Unit Head prior to her resignation. She also had worked as a Bookkeeper from August 1983 to August 1990 in Fashion Circle Department Store and as an Accounting Clerk from March 1982 to June 1983.

     Ms. Tacderas earned her degree in Bachelor in Accountancy in 1983 from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She passed the CPA board examination in 1986.
   
   
  
   
   
   
   


ROSALYN S. DELIVIOS, Senior Manager,
is the Head of Management Information System Division. Ms. Delivios earned her Bachelor's degree in Computer Data Processing Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1992.  She has completed major ICT projects in PNCC such as local area networking installation, company-wide implementation of Internet facilities, development and maintenance of company website and information technology advocacy and literacy.  Ms. Delivios joined PNCC in 1993 as Systems Analyst Programmer and rose from the ranks to became the Head of MIS Department from 2006 to present.  Aside from her task in MIS Department, she was involved in the Quality Management System (QMS) development and implementation of PNCC from 2007 to 2011 and served as ISO Committee Secretariat, Document Controller and Internal Quality Auditor. She had taken and passed the Lead Auditor Certification for QMS ISO 9001:2008 examination in 2009. At present, she concurrently serves as Deputy Quality Management Representative and Secretary of Board's PAN (Performance Agreement Negotiation) Committee.

     Prior to her employment with PNCC, she had worked for various private companies such as The Professional Group Plans, Inc. from May 1993 to December 1996 as Junior Programmer; Linea Italia as Programmer from January 1997 to May 1997 and Philippine Fuji Xerox Corporation as Computer Operator from May 1992 to December 1992.

   
   
  
   
   
   
   


JAIME G. SORIANO, JR., Assistant Manager,
is a Civil Engineer with 22 years of professional experience in the construction industry.  Engr. Soriano has served PNCC from 1997 to 2006 in various construction projects such as: Metro Manila Skyway Project Stage 1 and PNCC Skyway Corp. Toll Plazas as Field Engineer; Angat Water Supply Optimization Project and Amorsolo Canal Cover Project as Cost Estimating Engineer. He was transferred to Dasmarinas Industrial and Steelworks Corp., a subsidiary of PNCC from 2002 to 2006 in the mantenance works and various projects at PNCC Skyway Corporation as Cost Estimating Engineer. He had worked from various companies abroad such as : VFR Limited (Dubai Branch) VSL, Freyssinet, Rizzani De Eccher J.V. as Senior QC Inspector from August 2008 to February 2009 (Dubai, U.A.E.).; Freyssinet Gulf L.L.C. as Senior QA/QC Inspector from March 2009 to February 2010 (Dubai, United Arab Emirates); QDVC - Qatari Diar Vinci Construction as Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Inspector and QC Inspector from June 2010 to December 2016 (Doha, Qatar); MHI - Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. as Quality Engineer from January to December 2017 (Doha, Qatar); He then again joined PNCC in December 2018 as Principal Engineer of Business Development Division.  

        Engr. Soriano earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1995 from University of Pangasinan.  He passed the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination in 1995.  He had taken and passed the Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor Certification in Qatar for ISO 9001:2008 QMS examination in 2014.

   
   
  
   
   
   
   


SALIH U. INDANAN, Assistant Manager, Security Officer
of PNCC.  He has been in military service for 34 years serving as Commandant of NCO Academy of the Philippine Army with a rank of Colonel until his optional retirement in 2014. He held various positions during his military service, such as : Battalion Commander - Internal Security Operations in Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro and Roblon from Ocotber 2003 to March 2006; Civil Miltary Operation Officer in regior 4A and 4B from July to December 2003; Operations Officer of the Philippine Battalion to East Timor from March to December 2000, and PIO, Southern Command of Armed Forces of the Philippines from August 1997 to March 2000.

     He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1984.  Thereafter, he earned his Masters in National Security Administration from National Defense College of the Philippines in 2008.
